Learn from Jayah Faye Paley how expert use of hiking poles can expand your hiking horizons. It will improve your endurance, strength, balance, and use your upper body muscles to help preserve your joints. Class includes personalized pole fitting and practice with poles on a variety of terrains. The fee is $70/$60 for ABF members. Call 760-767-4063 to register. Begins at 9 am and lasts 7 hours.
