School Tour Booking
Hello, Teachers! We look forward to welcoming you and your class for an informative and fun experience learning about these amazing California state parks. Below, you’ll find information on the school tours available through the ReserveCaifornia call center and website, as well as when our 2026/27 academic year tours open for booking.

Booking Information
If you already have an Educator’s profile in ReserveCalifornia for the school you currently teach at, please continue to use that same profile for future bookings. Existing account holders are able to take advantage of the online bookings.
New teachers will need to have an Educator’s profile created in ReserveCalifornia. This can only be handled over the phone.

Online Bookings
- Visit the Activities on ReserveCalifornia.
- Change the Category to Education, then begin choosing possible dates to see availability.
- You will only be ably to book online if you have an Educator profile and if that tour is available for online booking.
During the booking process, you’ll select from the available tour types (for example, guided or self-guided) and specify the number of children and chaperones. A confirmation will be emailed to you which includes information on making updates to your reservation and any applicable payment that may be due upon arrival.
On-Sale Dates
Phone support will be available from noon to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday of the on-sale weekend. After that, phone support is only available Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm. The table below notes the booking method (phone or online) for each tour.

Arrival Information
Follow any payment instructions provided in your confirmation email. These funds enable the park to provide engaging guided tours for your students.
The confirmation email will also provide instructions on where to go when your group arrives. If you have any additional questions, please contact the park at the number they provided.
